External Quality Assurance Awards (RQF Level 4)
We at SafeCert Awards provide the accreditation service through our awarding body to provide our accredited trainers and accredited centres a range of Assessor and Verifier Awards as well as these External Verifier Awards, To gain the EQA the evidence required of centre approval or monitoring visits requires the candidate EQA to be already linked to an existing awarding body.
Qualification Details
These qualifications are suitable for those who would like to train to become qualified External Quality Assurer Awards and have agreement with Awarding Body assessors to act as an EQA. The three EQA qualifications currently available are as follows:
- Award in Understanding the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RCF Level 4) –
- Understand the context and principles of internal quality assurance
- Understand how to plan the internal quality assurance of assessment
- Understand techniques and criteria for monitoring the quality of assessment internally
- Understand how to internally maintain and improve the quality of assessment
- Understand how to manage information relevant to the internal quality assurance of assessment
- Understand the legal and good practice requirements for the internal quality assurance of assessment
- Award in the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF Level 4) – (Including learning outcomes from 1 plus the following)
- Be able to plan the internal quality assurance of assessment
- Be able to internally evaluate the quality of assessment
- Be able to internally maintain and improve the quality of assessment
- Be able to manage information relevant to the internal quality assurance of assessment
- Be able to maintain legal and good practice requirements when internally monitoring and maintaining the quality of assessment
- Certificate in Leading the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF Level 4) –
