Activity First Aid (RQF 2/SafeCert)

We at SafeCert Awards provide the accreditation service through our awarding body to provide our accredited trainers and accredited centres a range of  first aid awards as follows:

Qualification Details

Activity First Aid is a qualification which is specifically designed for those who are involved in many activities, including sports, leisure and recreation. This award covers the basics such as Basic Life Support, but many other conditions ranging from hypothermia to head injuries to sprains and strains to diabetes and asthma.

The award has 2 units as follows:

First Aid Essentials
Management of Illness and Injury in Activities.

This award is usually completed in minimum of 12 hours teaching and has two units.  The first unit is Emergency First Aid and the second is Management of Illness and Injury in Activities

This very practical course will enable your learners to be competent in first aid in activity settings.

The qualification is valid for 3 years and all learners will be assessed for their practical skills as well as their knowledge in the form of a multiple choice question paper.
